Shipping Policy

At Novelty Drops, every t-shirt is made to order using a print-on-demand service. This means your item is printed especially for you after your order has been placed.

Because each product is produced on demand, delivery may take a little longer than standard off-the-shelf clothing.

Estimated delivery time

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your order to be produced, printed, packed, and delivered.

This timeframe includes both production and shipping time.

During busy periods, seasonal drops, public holidays, or courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Made to order

Our t-shirts are not mass-produced or held in large stock. Each item is printed fresh for every order, helping reduce unnecessary waste while keeping our designs fresh and limited.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our print-on-demand production partner for printing and fulfilment.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Shipping address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive separately depending on production and fulfilment.

Delays

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to production volume, courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
