Return & Refund Policy

At Novelty Drops, each t-shirt is made to order and printed especially for you. Please check the product details, size guide, colour, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Change-of-mind returns

For standard, non-personalised products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with any original packaging where possible

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will have 14 days to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Personalised or custom items

Personalised, customised, or made-to-specific-request items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Sizing issues

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect size selection unless the item has been labelled incorrectly or there is a fault with the product.

Colour and print appearance

We do our best to display product colours and artwork accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, or lighting. Minor colour variation is not considered a fault unless the item is materially different from the product shown or described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For eligible returns, we will refund the item price and standard delivery cost where required. Upgraded or express delivery costs may not be fully refundable.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items with odours, marks, stains, or signs of use

  • Personalised or custom items unless faulty

  • Items returned without approval
